3. Review Processing & Moderation Customers submit reviews through CloudGro’s platform. 5-star reviews are automatically published to Google. Reviews below 5 stars are sent privately to the business instead of being published. We do not modify or fabricate reviews; all feedback remains authentic.

4. Data Ownership & Security Businesses retain ownership of customer reviews submitted through CloudGro. We take reasonable steps to protect data but are not responsible for unauthorized access due to external breaches.

5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudGro shall not be liable for: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Loss of data, business, or revenue due to the use of our platform. Errors or delays caused by third-party services (e.g., Google API changes).

6. Consumer Rights Compliance Under UK law, you are entitled to a service that is as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If there is an issue, contact us for resolution.

7. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law, and any disputes shall be handled in UK courts.
